At there are 3 different stages in the journey of our apprentices where they are available for employment.

After 4 weeks – end of ‘Bootcamp‘. Some of our young people decide that they don’t wish to continue onto a Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service and wish to go straight into full time employment. Our intense 4 week programme will have ‘knocked them into shape’ ready for work, with experience in learning about industry, prospecting, database building and script writing for use on the telephone. They will also have research and undertake fact finding exercises before getting involved in some cold calling. They would have also covered general administrative duties including invoices and emailing.

After 6 months – once they have completed their Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service and been involved in numerous campaigns.

After 12 months – all apprentices are on a 12 months contract. Some apprentices might complete a level 3 or 4 NVQ during this time – all will have gained more experience on the job. Some will stay within the company and become trainers / account managers – other will want to seek further employment within industry.
